At Qumrah, we handle each design with care. Because our high-end lighting fixtures are individually created using 3D-printing technology, our timelines ensure your order is  delivered safely.

1. Processing & Production Time

• Standard Orders: Prepared and packaged for shipment within 2 to 3 business days.

• Custom Orders: Timelines for custom colors or personalized specifications will be shared with you directly upon order placement.

• Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Within Jordan

• Timeline: Once processed, local delivery to any governorate takes 1 to 3 business days.

• Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your city.

3. International Shipping

• Timeline: International delivery varies by destination and usually takes 7 to 14 business days.

• Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If your lamp is damaged or broken during transit, contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +962 7 7860 5224 within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange an immediate replacement.
