Qumrah Return & Refund Policy

At Qumrah, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our 3D-printed lighting. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • In its original packaging to ensure safe transit.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Return Address: Approved returns must be shipped to: [Our warehouse].

  • Important: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to safely package your item.

3. Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your lamp arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong model, contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +962 7 7860 5224 within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an immediate replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom Orders: Tailored designs, custom colors, or personalized specifications.

  • Promotions: Items purchased on sale, during clearance events, or via gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new model.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet our standard eligibility criteria (unused and in original packaging).

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
